When we initially listed our home we were put in touch with many realtors form Canmore, Alberta through to Osoyoos, BC. We recently bought our first home. As with most first-time buyers, we had many questions about the process buying a home. Fortunately we were lucky enough to have Jerry Redman as our realtor.

Jerry very patiently answered all of our questions (even those we asked more than once!), and led us through the complexities of purchasing a home. Because we have small children, we found it easier to view homes separately, and then return for a second look once we narrowed down our choices. My wife and I bought our first and to date only home through Jerry Redman.
Although we were not actively searching for a house at the time, we had an idea of what we wanted and had mentioned this to Jerry when we had contacted him on a whim regarding on of his listings. Hew would periodically contact us regarding a house that he thought might fit our needs. I was impressed with the fact that Jerry had kept us and our needs in mind even though we did not consider ourselves “buyer ready”.

When the right house did come along we wrote an offer the same day we looked at the home. We have owned it ever since. Although I was impressed with the fact that Jerry never forgot about us, I was really impressed when it came tot the actual purchase/deal phase of the property. I wanted to send you this letter to tell you about the great experience we recently had recently with selling our house in Kelowna.

In 1996 I was transferred to Kelowna with my job, when my husband and I decided we wanted to buy a house. Having never done this before we were a little concerned.
